Person running the shop has been very nice every time I've been in there; but don't expect to have a technical conversation about either wine or beer. Make sure you check the dates on your yeast before purchasing, I've been burned twice. Don't bother having your malt ground; twice I ended up with way way too fine of a grind, even after specifically requesting a coarse grind. Make sure you call before you go to see if they have what your looking for in stock. They always seem to be out or low on what I'm looking for (ingredients for common beer styles).
